How it works

Step 1 – Book your skydive

Book your tandem skydive directly with Skydive Ireland using the Little Heroes charity option.

A non-refundable £99 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your jump date.

Once your booking is confirmed, Little Heroes will receive your email address from Skydive Ireland so that we can contact you with fundraising information, participant forms and next steps.

Please keep an eye on your inbox (and junk/spam folders) and respond to communications from Little Heroes promptly. We must confirm your participation and fundraising arrangements before your jump date, and participants who do not respond may not be able to take part.

Please note that your skydive place is not fully confirmed until Little Heroes has completed the participant onboarding process with you.

Step 2 – Raise a minimum of £600

Each participant is asked to raise a minimum of £600 for Little Heroes.

Your fundraising helps us continue providing practical support, comfort and care for local children and families when they need it most.

We recommend allowing at least 4 weeks before your jump date to give yourself enough time to fundraise confidently.

Once your place has been confirmed, Little Heroes will email you a link to our official JustGiving campaign page so you can start fundraising straight away.

We’ll support you with:

• fundraising tips and ideas
• social media graphics
• sponsorship guidance
• charity branding where available

Step 3 – Jump!

Once you’ve reached your fundraising target and completed the required paperwork, you’ll be ready to take to the skies.

Your tandem skydive will take place with the experienced team at Skydive Ireland.

Important information

Fundraising target

Participants must raise the minimum fundraising target at least 14 days before their jump date.

Little Heroes reserves the right to postpone or cancel participation if fundraising targets have not been met in time.

Optional video & photo package

Skydive Ireland offers an optional 4K media package so you can relive your jump and share it afterwards.

Please note:

• the media package costs £150;
• this cost is paid directly to Skydive Ireland by the participant;
• media package costs are not covered by Little Heroes;
• media package costs do not count towards your fundraising target.

Participant requirements

To take part, participants must:

• be aged 16 or over;
• complete Skydive Ireland’s fitness self-declaration;
• meet the required height and weight guidance set by Skydive Ireland.

Final participation is subject to approval by the Skydive Ireland Chief Instructor on the day.
